Unless otherwise stated and explicitly agreed upon in writing, all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, designs, code, and creative work produced during our services belong exclusively to Formwork Studios. Any transfer of intellectual property ownership requires a separate written agreement.
